Plan your order.
Order quantity
1,000 units is our recommended cost-effective order quantity. Trial orders can start at 500 units. Orders of 300 units may be supported after mutual understanding and business verification.
Lead time
Normally 20–30 days. Existing or VIP customers may qualify for 15 days for urgent orders of up to 1,000 units.
Quality policy
If the defect rate exceeds 1%, we cover the cost of defective units above the 1% threshold.
