Which box styles do you offer?
Our gift packaging range focuses on folding rigid boxes, alongside book-style, drawer, lid & base and double-door boxes.
Which finishes and inserts are available?
We offer foil stamping, embossing/debossing and UV. Insert options include EVA, EPE foam and paper inserts. The combination is confirmed for your project.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We recommend 1,000 units for the most cost-effective order quantity. Trial orders can start at 500 units. For customers with whom we have established mutual understanding and verified their business, we may support orders of 300 units.
What is the normal lead time?
Our normal lead time is 20–30 days. For existing or VIP customers with urgent requirements, a 15-day lead time may be available for orders of up to 1,000 units.
How are quality issues handled?
Under our quality policy, if the defect rate exceeds 1%, we cover the cost of defective units above the 1% threshold.
